Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the FinaReel affiliate program ("Program"). By signing up for the Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

We track referrals and commissions using Rewardful, our third-party affiliate platform. Creating an affiliate account requires accepting Rewardful's own terms for the tracking service itself.

You earn 30% of the subscription payment made by each customer you refer, recurring for as long as that customer remains subscribed. Commission is calculated on the amount actually collected, after any discounts, and before payment-processor fees.

New subscribers get a 14-day free trial before their first charge, so commission is only earned once your referral's trial converts to a paid, charged subscription — not at signup. If a referral cancels during their trial, no commission is ever generated for that click. Commission is also not earned on refunded or charged-back payments after conversion.

Referral links use a 60-day cookie. If someone clicks your link and subscribes at any point within 60 days, the sale is attributed to you. If a visitor clicks multiple affiliates' links, the most recent click before signup is attributed.

Payouts run monthly via PayPal or Wise once your accrued balance passes a $50 minimum. Balances under $50 roll over to the next month. You're responsible for any taxes owed on affiliate income in your jurisdiction.

Promote FinaReel honestly: don't misrepresent what it does, imply an endorsement or partnership beyond "affiliate," or guarantee specific earnings or outcomes to people you refer.

Not allowed: spamming (unsolicited bulk email or DMs), cookie-stuffing or forced clicks, bidding on "FinaReel" or close misspellings in paid search ads, or offering cash-back/incentives to sign up that aren't disclosed to us in advance.

Disclose your affiliate relationship where required by FTC guidelines or local law (e.g., "affiliate link" or "#ad" on relevant posts).

Referring yourself, using your own link to get a discount, or generating fake/incentivized signups to inflate commission is not allowed and will result in forfeited commission and account termination.

We may change the commission rate, cookie window, or other Program terms with notice posted on this page, effective for signups after the change (already-referred subscribers keep their original commission terms). We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violating these Affiliate Terms, with any accrued-but-unpaid balance from legitimate referrals still paid out.

You may leave the Program at any time; commission on already-referred, still-subscribed customers continues unless your account is terminated for a violation of these terms.
