This Privacy Policy explains what data FinaReel ("we", "us") collects when you use finareel.com and the FinaReel dashboard (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account data: your email address and authentication data, handled via our auth provider (Supabase).

Content you provide: prompts, scripts, uploaded images, and voice/caption preferences you submit to generate a video.

Generated content: the scripts, audio, images, captions, and finished videos FinaReel produces for you, stored so you can access them from your dashboard.

Billing data: if you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details directly — we never see or store your full card number.

Usage data: basic technical logs (e.g. timestamps, error messages, IP address) used to operate and secure the Service.

To provide the Service: generating, storing, and delivering your videos, tracking your credit balance, and running your subscription.

To communicate with you: transactional emails like magic-link sign-in, billing receipts, and render-status notifications.

To keep the Service secure and improve reliability, including diagnosing failed renders.

We do not sell your personal data or your generated content to third parties.

We share the minimum data necessary with the providers that power FinaReel: OpenAI and Replicate (script/visual generation), ElevenLabs (voiceover), Pexels/Pixabay (stock imagery), AWS (video rendering via Remotion Lambda and file storage), Supabase (database, auth, and file storage), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), and Rewardful (affiliate tracking, only if you join the affiliate program). Each processes data under its own privacy terms and only to the extent needed to provide their part of the Service.

We retain your account data and generated videos for as long as your account is active, so you can access your video history. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@finareel.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

FinaReel is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
